In this session you will discover how leading laboratories apply next generation sequencing (NGS) for research, and translational medicine across oncology, using the target selection and Ion AmpliSeq™ technology in combination with the latest Ion S5/ Ion S5 XL Next-Generation Sequencing Systems and Ion Chef System, for automated library and template prep. In the last session of this talk the new Applied Biosystems SeqStudio Genetic Analyzer will be revealed. It is a low-throughput, easy-to-use, and convenient benchtop system that delivers gold standard Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis with just a simple click. It is easily used across a broad range of applications as well as by multiple users.
